To prevent any dealings with anti-social forces, we have established necessary measures, including pre-transaction or periodic checks against a database on anti-social forces managed by Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Group.

If it is determined that a new transaction counterpart is an anti-social force, we will immediately reject any transactions with them. Likewise, if an existing client is found to be an anti-social force, we will closely monitor ongoing transactions and work towards terminating or reducing those relationships. Additionally, should anti-social forces attempt to intervene, our company will promptly verify the facts and respond organizationally with the cooperation of relevant departments and Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank.

Our company also conducts regular internal training to equip employees with the knowledge necessary to prevent and block transactions with anti-social forces.
