(President: Hiroyuki Natori), in collaboration with Aozora Corporate Investment Co., Ltd.ad_group has invested in Coalis I Investment Limited Partnership (hereinafter “Coalis I”), managed by Coalis Capital, Inc. through the Japan Next Generation Investment Limited Partnership (hereinafter, "the Fund").

Coalis Capital, Inc. is a growth buyout firm focused on majority investments in growth-stage Japanese startups, primarily in the internet and software sectors. Through investments involving the acquisition of management control and hands-on support, Coalis Capital, Inc. promotes sustainable growth and corporate value enhancement by strengthening business strategies and organizational foundations at its portfolio companies.

The Fund has decided to invest in Coalis I with the expectation that its team, comprising experienced technology executives, venture capital professionals, and lawyers with deep expertise in the startup ecosystem, will support portfolio companies across business development, M&A and PMI, and organizational development, thereby contributing to the expansion of Japan's growth buyout market.

The Fund primarily invests in relatively young VC funds that target domestic startup companies, with the aim of discovering and supporting high-quality VC funds to contribute to the development of the domestic venture community.
