SUMITOMO MITSUI TRUST INVESTMENT CO., LTD. (President: Norimasa Yoshida), in collaboration with Aozora Corporate Investment Co., Ltd.ad_group ,has invested in mint startup fund Ⅱ Investment Limited Partnership (hereinafter “mint Ⅱ”), managed by mint Inc., through the Japan Next Generation Investment Limited Partnership (hereinafter, "the Fund").

Mint Inc. is a venture capital firm that specializes in leading investments in start-ups during the pre-seed and seed stages, providing comprehensive support from the founding stage through to the growth stage. It was established by three independent venture capitalists to help entrepreneurs realize their vision and establish socially impactful companies and new industries that represent Japan.

Based on their mission, investment track records, experience, and efforts to promote the organization, the Fund has decided to invest in mint Ⅱ, expecting it to grow further in the future.

The Fund primarily invests in relatively young VC funds that target domestic startup companies, with the aim of discovering and supporting high-quality VC funds to contribute to the development of the domestic venture community.
