Since its establishment in March 2000, the company has been engaged in direct investments in domestic unlisted companies and fund investments in the same field. In October 2025, the company took over the gatekeeper business for private equity, infrastructure, and credit from Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited, marking a new step forward.

The role of a "gatekeeper" is to evaluate funds that invest in domestic and international private assets, select them according to the needs of the client, build an optimal portfolio, and after the investment, handle everything from monitoring to reporting to the client.
